Which kind of Centenarian will you be?
Survivors
If you have an age-related disease and still hope to live a very long happy life, take heart! An outstanding study identified 24% of male subjects and 43% of females as Survivors - people who had contracted an age-associated illness before the age of 80 and who were able to successfully manage their disease to at least age 100. The CR Way can help manage many disease conditions.

Delayers
Delayers are individuals who avoid the onset of age-associated illness until at least the age of 80. Ralph, our dear friend and CR mentor who lived a happy 104 years, was a delayer. He reached 90 before he was diagnosed with an age-related disease and, even then, he managed well for more than another decade.
Escapers
Escapers are rare individuals who make it to their 100th birthday without the diagnosis of common age-associated illnesses.
Now that you know that those who make it to very old age are able to delay or even avoid diseases that kill most people, you can use The CR Way to help you lower your disease risk.
